Cameroon International Samuel Eto’o wants 15% of his Transfer Fee to Inter Milan, an amount in the 3 Million Euro range.  And with Barcelona arguing that they should be on the hook only if the move had been within Spain, it’s now looking more likely a settlement will have to be agreed upon and distributed through the courts rather than an agreement between the club and it’s former player.

I was honestly hoping for a more exciting game…point on the road for Barca though.

The Champions League continues today with plenty of big matches taking place, but none are bigger or possibly as interesting as the Inter Milan v Barcelona game. With Eto’o and Zlatan switching sides, plus the fact that both of these teams could win the whole thing this year, this is a very interesting way to kick off the group stages. Add on top of that the news that came out recently that said Jose Mourinho held secret talks with Barcelona about being the Barca manager, but that he wouldn’t agree to their terms of dealing with the media so they went with Pep Guardiola, and this takes on an even more interesting angle.

When the Zlatan to Barcelona / Eto’o to Inter plus mad loot went down, questions were asked openly if the Swedish International would live up to the reputation he “earned” at past clubs within the locker room.  But according to Xavi, the present dynamic within the team with the striker couldn’t be better.
