These are some incredible goals and some incredible donkey touches.
As we we’re finishing up the final touches for our party yesterday, I had to make a run down to LAX to pick up my boy Joe from Boston. In the time it took him to de-plane and walk out to the curbside for me to pick him up, he had a story about Paris Hilton sitting behind him in 1st class (one I will definitely tell soon) and a picture with Rihanna, which I’ll get up ASAP. But back to the story; as I was pulling up to get him, I saw the Argentinian boys crackin jokes and smiling. I hadn’t heard the result, but now I know it was because they’d played Guatemala the night before at The Coliseum, home of USC.

Anytime you go on International Duty for your country, you’ve been given a specific time and date that you have to be back by. In this case it’s Nigerian striker Yakubu, who’s two day late arrival from the African Nations Cup was made even worse by countryman/teammate Joseph Yobo arrival on time (talk about getting thrown under the bus). Although manager David Moyes initial statement to the press is that it’s “an internal matter”, Yakubu will not be dressing for Everton’s Saturday match against Reading and a minimum two week fine (40,000 pound) has been levied.

For the last four days everyone in the Barclay’s Premiership has been waiting to hear what the hell went on in the transfer of Portsmouth’s Benjani to Manchester City. The truth behind the mess started with Benjani falling asleep at the airport and then the next flight being canceled and the following delayed. Yeah, this was some crazy shit and actually forced the transfer fee down, but if Benjani hits 75 starts in his Man City tenure, Portsmouth would receive a total of 7.5 million pound.

Can you imagine heading to the beach in England and seeing this? As is it was heading down the Irish Sea towards Lancashire from Northern Ireland, a freak wave hit the Riverdance rolling it onto it’s side. The oceans force then ran the ferry aground on the northern side of Blackpool thankfully all the crew were found safe. Seems like English travel is a nightmare whether it’s by air or sea.
All I have to say is DO NOT bring balloons to Michael Ball’s next birthday party…
Tony Poulsen and I just got back from Energy Solutions Arena and the DEBACLE that is the Clippers. Thankfully I took this picture proving that they were leading one point during the game! Oh well, still got to see my boys from Cali, even though they got stomped by the Jazz.
I can’t imagine that too many people bought this ladder…
