While this is some amazing technology that Nike is coming up with and looking to add to our footballing world, I just can’t help wondering how this is going to affect players and injuries down the road, not to mention the cost that these boots will one day cost us.

There has been a lot of speculation in recent years about how certain boots actually can lead to injuries, such as the infamous metatarsal injuries Wayne Rooney has suffered.   To combat this, as well as to try and create the perfect boot, Rooney has teamed up with Nike to help create the perfect boot. I’m not sure if this will bring the desired result people would hope for, but here’s to trying.

The fine folks over at Complex are once again showing our game some love. They found these limited edition, golden adidas Predator’s that David Beckham will be rocking in tonight’s All Star Game. Not a bad look for Becks. Definitely one that very few players should ever attempt to pull off, but when your already known as Goldenballs, this is a no brainer.
