Ahead of their monumental qualifier against Brazil this Saturday (which coincidentally won’t be played in “El Monumental” stadium) Head Coach Diego Maradona and his squad went to mass looking for all the help they could get. Probably a good idea considering Argentina is in serious danger of not qualifying if they don’t manage to get a result at home in Rosario.

Crime television show “Canal Livre” has been a little too good at being the first on-scene several murders - and now its host Wallace Souza is being investigated for arranging at least five killings.

According to police, state legislator and host Wallace Souza is being investigated on suspicion of commissioning at least five murders and drug trafficking to boost ratings for crime TV show “Canal Livre”.

According to state police intelligence chief Thomaz Vasconcelos, “The order to execute always came from the legislator and his son, who then alerted the TV crews to get to the scene before the police.”

In what has to be the first occurance of a US President engaged in international soccer smacktalk, Brazilian President Luis Ignacio Lula Da Silva gave President Obama a signed Brazilian soccer jersey at today’s G-8 meeting, signed by the national team that defeated the U.S., 3-2, in last month’s Confederation’s Cup…
