Two goals in the last eight minutes gave Werder Bremen a draw with Bayer Leverkusen.

Goals from Mario Gomez and Hamit Altintop put Bayern up early, but FC Cologne overturned a two-goal deficit to beat Bayern Munich 3-2 and boost their hopes of avoiding relegation in dramatic style at the Mungersdorfer Stadion.

Timmy Simons scored one goal and set up another as Nurnberg earned an impressive victory at home over 10-man Hamburg to remain well clear of the Bundesliga relegation zone.

Per Mertesacker got the scoring started and Werder Bremen up 1 - nil in the 47th minute, before giving Bayern Munich a 2-1 lead, on an own goal, after Arjen Robben equalizer in the in the 65th.
