For the last several years Mercedes-Benz has been collaborating with its Formula One partner to produce the SLR supercar. The half million dollar 617 hp SLR has been a popular ride with celebutantes such as Paris Hilton and Britney Spears. However the SLR is coming to the end of its production run and with that Mercedes is building a special edition that probably won’t appeal much to those who prefer to keep their hair in order.

Ummm, wow… that’s pretty intense.

I’ve never been a huge fan, but Jaguar has just dropped it’s new look 2010 Jaguar XFR with an all-new supercharged 5.0-liter V8 that kicks a 0-60mph time in only 4.7 seconds.

While soccer is my number one passion, anything motor sports comes in a very very close second. The Dakar Rally was traditionally an off-road multi-stage race from Paris to Dakar, Senegal. However, due to fears of terrorist attacks, the Rally was canceled last year - and this year moved to an entirely different continent, South America.
