Game two of the LA Galaxy v Chivas USA playoff series took place tonight at the Home Depot Center, so isps and I headed down to take in the action, snaps some photos and link up with some winners from the contest we held with the LA Galaxy. The atmosphere was on point and it was an absolutely perfect night for the beautiful game. Not long after Landon converted the penalty for the game winner, this little dude was in full celebration mode and he was more than happy to show us his love for the Galaxy. He was fully kitted out, had the hand drawn sign of support and even a Galaxy wig. This cat captured the essence of what the sport is about and he gives me great hope for the next generation of soccer fans in the US. With youngsters like this having this kind of passion for the sport, I know that our sport is in good hands. Talk about representing!  Thanks again to the good folks at the LA Galaxy for partnering with us to give away tickets. Hit the jump for some more images from tonights game…

MLS playoffs, LA edition, take one. I headed down to the Home Depot Center to watch the first leg of the LA Galaxy v Chivas USA playoff series. I’m pretty sure that by now every single one of you knows the result, who scored, how this sets up the second leg on Sunday and so on.
