We haven’t heard much over the past couple of months about David Beckham X AC Milan with the Los Angeles Galaxy sitting atop the Western Conference.  But with the off season approaching quickly and the type of quick fire questions from the world media that AEG Chief Executive Tim Leiweke should expect to face, one starts to wonder how this will all play out with the World Cup just around the corner and Fabio Capello’s insistance on his squad members playing regularly / at the highest level.

David Beckham is in talks with the Galaxy about going to AC Milan on another loan and then returning to Los Angeles afterward.

“That deal I think hasn’t been fully finalized yet, but I know he is interested in going to Milan and he’s in conversation with the L.A. Galaxy about doing a loan again and discussing coming back,” Major League Soccer commissioner Don Garber told The Associated Press. “But those discussions are ongoing and haven’t really been concluded yet. David has been an important part of the history of Major League Soccer and we’d love to have him continue his commitment to the league.” (more…)

The stars came out on Wednesday night (September 30th) to celebrate the launch of the adidas Originals by Originals Collection from LA Galaxy megastar, David Beckham, and UNDFTD co-owner, James Bond. The launch party was held in Los Angeles, home to both Beckham and Bond.

The British soccer star has decided to join his wife Victoria and have intensive voice coaching to improve his accent and deepen his high-pitched tones because he thinks it will help him get more work when his sports career is over.
