UPDATE - While it hasn’t been set in stone YET, it’s looking as if Mexico and Chivas star Omar Bravo will sign withLa Liga side Deportivo La Coruna. Bravo is the 2nd player to score 100 goals for Chivas and would be a FREE signing for La Coruna (9th place finish) after playing out the last year of his contract. Cha-Ching!!!

Deportivo La Coruna and Mexico winger, Andres Guardado will be on the sidelines for a month after picking up a muscle injury. After being one, if not THE dopest wide player to come out of Concacaf, Guardado has quickly established himself in the La Liga side.

The 20 year old has been highly influential for Coruna this term with 5 goals in 22 matches so far, and is well worth the 7 million Euro paid to Guadalajara’s FC Atlas.

The guy that knocked Dudu Aouate the f*ck out, Gustavo Munua was today given a 6 month suspended sentence as is customary on first offenses. He did however have to pay a $5,235 fine.

We told you last week about the fight that took place in the Deportivo locker room between #1 keeper Aouate and #2 Munua.  It started with Aouate talking to the press about being dropped due to form and Munua not taking too kindly to it, resorting to handling things the good old fashioned way.  Above is the proof that when you run your mouth, some people might take exception.  PS- local police are now taking statements from both players after getting so much press.

There’s always a lot of things that happen in locker rooms throughout the world.  We’d say about 75% of it never sees the light of day, unless there’s evidence, like say STITCHES.  Dudu (hahaha) Aouate got knocked the Uck out after popping off to the media about getting dropped as number one choice keeper.  After getting out of the shower, back up and newly appointed starter for Deportivo, Gustavo Manua decided Dudu should pay the good ol fashion way.  Now both are out for the next match at Villareal.
