Former Boston University and New England Revolution midfielder Andy Dorman is looking set to be the first player to use his “schooling eligibilty” to suit up for Wales after FIFA introduced a rule change for players with five years of “compulsory education in the specified country making them now eligible to represent that nation”.

Mexico Pulls out of Race to Host World Cup 2018, 2022

Mexico, which was not favored to be granted either tournament, today pulled out of the race to stage the World Cup in 2018 and 2022.The decision was announced on the Mexican soccer federation’s website and was blamed on a lack of financial resources. (more…)

FA Sends FIFA 15 Transfers To Investigate

The Premier League Executives and Team Officials are looking set for another battle after the English Football Association sent the game’s governing body FIFA 15 Transfers to investigate (taking place between 2004 - 2006, while still working on another 15 cases) following the FA’s own investigative firm Quest was inability to formally clear them after an in depth look.

Youth Transfer Investigations Now Turn Towards Manchester City

With FIFA President Sepp Blatter and UEFA President Michel Platini very vocal on the crackdown of Transfers under the age of 18 and Chelsea on the wrong end of a ban until the year 2011, attention is now turning towards Manchester City after FIFA recieved a complaint for Ligue 1 side Rennes over 17 year old Jeremy Helan.
