Fox to Announce Launch of 2nd All-soccer Network; Starts March 1
Fox will announce Tuesday that it is launching its second all-soccer network in the United States on March 1. The new network, called Fox Soccer Plus, will televise matches of the European Champions League, England's Premier League, the English Football Association Cup and the Italian Serie A.

Dunny was in town this weekend doing the U-17 Nike friendlies for Fox Soccer channel, so I headed down to the studios to link with him and catch up with some of the FSC crew. I was there on Friday, so the place was in full production mode as the World Cup draw had taken place a few hours earlier.

Third Stop On Puma’s Road To Tottenham 2010 – Charlotte, N.C.
Hopped on a flight Saturday afternoon and headed east for the third stop (after previous qualifiers in San Diego and Brooklyn) on Puma's Road To Tottenham 2010, this one being in Charlotte where the top two finalists in the U-15 boys group would head to the USA Cup in Blaine, Minnesota next July for the final six.
The winner of that tournament ...

A San Jose Fairmont Hotel Room With A View
Checked in at the Fairmont Hotel (with a pretty damn good view of the Silicon Valley from the 19th floor) and well fed from a trip over to Gordon Biersch. Game tomorrow night between the San Jose Earthquakes and the New York Red Bulls on FSC.
