Only two players were in the starting lineup for Fulham - keeper David Stockdale and defender John Pantsil - that started in the EPL win over Everton on Sunday. Danny Murphy and US International Clint Dempsey were out because of slight injuries, and Andy Johnson and Brede Hangeland both rested.

Fulham have completed the signing of Damien Duff from Newcastle United for a fee believed to be in the region of £4m.
