I.S.P.S. and I were at this club in Boston last night when across the muted ESPN screen came news that Kimbo got knocked out by a replacement undercard that had lost four in a row.

We had just been talking about how Kimbo doing that little clip with David Blaine was probably the worst P.R. move in the history of horrible moves considering how Kimbo was an absolute legend in the street fighting world, so why test your credibility?

First you let a “magician” take two of your hardest throws on National TV as he laughs it off, then you suffer a humiliating 14 second loss to Seth Petruzelli?

Look, I’m no David Blaine fan other than of his card tricks but I will tell you this … taking these punches and still standing has to be worth something…

Kimbo Slice (Kevin Ferguson) takes the next step in his Pro-fighting career as he takes on James “Colossus” Thompson on the main card.  Crazy how far the meanest street fighter in the game has come.

In what was pumped up in the press to be an unbelievable third MMA fight for Kimbo Slice, Saturday’s scheduled 15 minute bout in hometown Miami was definitely less than stellar with 42 year old Tank Abbott looking more like Peter McNeely than a true, battle tested fighter in his prime. The 6′2″, 265 lb Slice won by KO in just the first round and now I’m personally asking for a Kimbo Slice/Brock Lesnar UFC card which I’d pay plenty of money to watch. By the way, Pro Elite took all the videos from this fight off You Tube because of Copy Right Ownership, the wangs.

We talked a lot last week about Brock Lesnar’s debut (yup, he lost but whooped some ass), but Kimbo Slice is the baddest mutha-sucka on the planet in a bare knuckle fight.
