Returned last night from Kansas City and immediately hit PCH to link up with isps and some other folks to celebrate a friend's birthday. Saturday nights in Malibu with friends is always a good look.

Nike+ is putting together a run called She Runs LA in which participants have a 24 hour period to run a 10k and upload it to the Nike+ site. The run benefits Students Run LA which provides access to at risk youth in Los Angeles. Head to SherunsLa for more info.
