The 21 year old who entered the field of play following the end of the Manchester Derby and subsequently got himself clipped by Manchester City forward Craig Bellamy has been banned from attending any matches for the next three years after admitting guilt.

It’s been over a year on the sidelines for England International and Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves after undergoing surgery on both knees in an effort to cure the tendinitis issues he’d been dealing with in the United States under the care of Dr. Richard Steadman.

But after stepping up his training regimen and returning to United’s Carrington Training Complex, Sir Alex Ferguson is hopeful that the 28 year old could see action within the next four weeks.

It’s always interesting to see the reaction of the home fans once a former player hits the field for the first time upon their return.  And judging by the reaction that Carlos Tevez received at Old Trafford this past weekend, feelings were definitely hurt on both sides.

The question that hasn’t been asked yet is if the fans would have be more gracious had he not signed for a club that’s spent the money to now rival his former club Manchester United.

The build up took all summer and a lot of money while the game itself will go down as legend.  But what about the investigation in Craig Bellamy’s altercation with a fan on the field that’s led to a police investigation, City substitute Javier Garrido getting hit in the head with a coin while walking into the tunnel next to former United start Carlos Tevez and the 51 supporters ejected from Old Trafford?  Oh, you didn’t hear about that?
