Zero Wins, Eighteen Losses, One Tie

That is the all-time record going back to 1937 of the US vs Mexico at Mexico.  The loan tie was a scoreless result in 1997 under then-coach Steve Sampson.   Team USA plays at Estadio Azteca on Wednesday August 12th at 4pm EST on mun2 (free preview that day).

CONCACAF Hands Down Javier Aguirre Suspension / Mexico Fine

It took a couple of days as the CONCACAF Disciplinary Committee considered the “serious irresponsible behaviour” of Javier Aguirre, but the final verdict sees the Mexico Head Coach handed a 3 match suspension and the FMF a $25,000 fine for the incident at the 8oth minute mark of Mexico vs Panama last Friday.
