Top European Clubs look for FIFA to insure players during FIFA national team events

Manchester United doesn’t hit their season ticket sales target
Manchester United failed to reach their target of season ticket sales this summer, the club's chief executive David Gill has confirmed. Gill said the number of season tickets sold was 51,800 compared to the target of 54,000, and that executive seat sales were "on track".

Premier League to consider a ban on player loans ?
The Guardian UK is reporting that Richard Scudamore has twice made efforts to introduce rules preventing players from being loaned between top-flight clubs, largely in part to suspicions that Manchester City might be stockpiling players in order to prevent them signing with rivals.
