Ong Bak 2 - Official Trailer

Ong Bak 2: The Beginning is a Thai martial arts film co-directed by and starring Tony Jaa. It is a follow-up to Jaa’s 2003 breakout film Ong-Bak: Muay Thai Warrior. Initially claimed to be a sequel to Ong-Bak: Muay Thai Warrior, Ong Bak 2 was then announced to be a prequel to its predecessor. Unlike its predecessor however, which had a contemporary and realistic setting, Ong Bak 2 is actually set in ancient Thailand and as such, could be described as a historical epic with elements of fantasy combined, and has nothing to do with Ong-Bak: Muay Thai Warrior.

Straight No Chaser Viral Video

I posted more on this song again for two reasons… one the song is still hot and I have listened to it all weekend, and also because I love the use of Miami Vice. The movie, to some, was terrible. I thought it was pretty bad too, story wise-acting wise-otherwise, but it is somehow extremely re-watchable. Whenever I’m surfing and catch it on cable I have to finish, weird right?

Where The Wild Things Are x Medicom Toy Figure Collection

Offering a new set of figures in their more natural form, Medicom Toy releases a collection of toys from their latest collaboration alongside Where The Wild Things Are. Included in this more realistic lineup, based off the upcoming silver screen interpretation, are Bull, Douglas, Carol, Ira, Judith, K.W., and a dual set with Max & Alexander. All can now be purchased through Medicom Toy retailers, including colette.

I expect them to make slightly less than a gagillionaire dollars with this movie over the weekend and they are going to KILL IT with these toy figures. More pics and great looks at the details after the jump… (more…)

National Lampoon’s Vacation Set For A Sequel

National Lampoon Vacation

The 1983 version of National Lampoon’s Vacation was and still is a classic in my mind, a movie that at 6 years old introduced me to a ridiculously hot blond named Christie Brinkley or better known as “the girl in the red Ferrari” and how to correctly commit physical violence on a talking moose when he tells me that an amusement park is closed for the day (something I unfortunately have yet to be able to replicate).

Now comes news out of Hollywood that Newline is developing a sequel that will focus on a grown up Rusty and his attempt of a family vacation that will veer a little more towards the Planes, Trains and Automobiles side of things.
