Doesn’t seem like the greatest message to be rhyming these days, but the song super catchy. I have to guess that this is one of those raps that was on someones hard drive for a year or two and they just couldn’t come up with a better lead single for Birdman once the album was done.

So much good stuff to sort through, so I just decided to throw something up that everyone has heard. I hear his live shows used to be something. Too bad I’m a youngin’ and never got to see him back in the 80s when he was really the man. Shout out to live shows though, there is nothing like hearing good music and good musicians perform live.

Look, here at the BP_TOW frathouse, we keep Jay on heavy rotation… This album started at an 8 for me the day I got a copy and its getting better with every listen.
