Nigeria President Goodluck Jonathan Suspends National Team From International Competition

After a poor showing during the 2010 World Cup, Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan has suspended the National Team from International Competition for the next two years to sort things out internally. Special presidential adviser Ima Niboro told reporters the decision by Goodluck Jonathan will "enable Nigeria to reorganise its football". (more...)
