Sneakers have been fully undergoing a “growing up” period as of late with more featuring materials that have not always been typically associated with your average pair of kicks. These Nike Sportswear Air Royal Mids with patent leather and suede fall in that category, and the perforated swoosh finishes off this sneaker for a much dressier look. Available at Kix-Files.

Tiger Woods bought a massive piece property on Jupiter Island a couple years ago for almost $45 million.  Who knows how much the final price tag will come out for this one here. Take a look after the jump because that picture might just be the guest house. “I’m Tiger Woods” … Yeah right!!

Some of the BP_TOW fam is heading over to the historic Montalban  in Los Angeles tomorrow to check out what Nike and the Manny “Pac Man” Pacquiao have to offer before his fight against Miguel Cotto next weekend.

Nike Sportswear is giving a behind the scenes look at the P4P and his training in the city of angels. Manny, his trainer Freddy Roach, plenty of celebs and a whole bunch of fans will be out there in the California sunshine. So will me and Beans!!

A lot of folks don’t know how much of a motorcycle nut that Mike is. So much so, it had long been rumored that there was some sort of clause in his contract that allowed him to hop on a bike every now and then. Either way, here are some pics of the latest rendition of the Air Jordan Six Rings sneaker alongside one of the Michael Jordan Motorsports bikes.
