Not A Good Night For Portugal

Cristiano Ronaldo

Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo has been accused of trying to break Fluminese defender Silva’s leg as frustrations boiled over during Portugal’s 6 - 2 drubbing at the hands of Brazil in the capital of Brasilia.

Via DailyMail

The 24-year-old defender said: “I don’t accept his apology. He has the cheek to say I jumped over his tackle. But if I did not jump he would have broken my leg.

Being considered the best player in the world, he must have more respect. It is difficult to accept what he did.”

CR7 Opens In Lisbon

While this is his second CR7 store (the first being in his hometown of Funchal, Madeira), Cristiano Ronaldo is taking the step outside the footballing world and into the David Beckham-esque world.

CR7

While it may not be everybody’s cup of tea, I’m betting that the stylish cats in Europe will be all over this place.

CR7-2

I have a feeling that after his Los Angeles holiday a couple of months ago and his subsequent signing with CAA, many more things on this side of the linesman will be hitting the pavement.
