Tracy McGrady is an NBA All Star, and forward for the Houston Rockets. Mr. McGrady has recently made a jersey switch for the upcoming season from #1 to #3 to promote his humanitarian efforts in the Darfur region of the Sudan and a documentary on his summer 2007 visits to refugee camps in the region. The documentary, “3 Points,” is set for release this fall. The title refers to goals of peace, protection and punishment

Neither had I, but my boy Paulie sent us an email about some spot in Bolivia called Route 36 thats an ever moving “cocaine bar.” Apparently this is the new craze and people get tourism packages and literally hit up dope spots around the world. Football Forever

Tim Howard, goalkeeper of the United States national football team signs autograph during a practice with students of the Football Forever program at the Don Bosco Institute in Soyapango, a suburb of San Salvador on March 27, 2009. The US Soccer Association help the Football Forever program to prevent crime in violent areas of El Salvador.

Founded in 2005, located in San Salvador, Soyapango and Mejicanos, The Futbol Forever Programme uses football as a framework for children to learn. This is accomplished through a series of educational football clinics for children and training courses for coaches and volunteers who will run the clinics in each location. (more…)
