What a ridiculous goal opening goal and a very soft Red Card to Lillingston.

Blanco to McBride gives Chicago the result at Toyota Park..
Big thanks to RSF who sent in his own view from behind Matt Reis’ goal as Houston’s Corey Ashe hit the crossbar to give the Revolution the 2008 SuperLiga title.
If you’ve been to a Revs game and have never experienced this group of supporters before, highly suggest it.
Check this video after the Jump when Revs supporters headed down I-95…
Last night itwas the Houston Dynamo who triumphed over their Mexican rivals Pachuca to earn themselves a spot in the Superliga Finals. Tonight it was the New England Revolution’s turn as they ensured an all American final by beating Atlante 1-0 in their semi final match. I’m loving this…
The Houston Dyanamo got past their old rivals Pachuca and have advanced to the Superliga final with a 2-0 win over their Mexican rivals. They will now end up facing either Atlante FC or the New England Revolution. Imagine an all MLS final…sounds good to me.

After a pretty intense buildup, the Revs took on Chivas USA at my old stomping grounds, Cal State Fullerton.
Still need to give Burnsie (my old roomate on the road back in 1997-98 who taught me most of my teammate pranks; Brotha!!) props for stepping up the moment something went wrong on that flight from Boston to Los Angeles.
Both New England Revolution (1-nil over Pachuca and thoughts for Pat Phelan for his recovery) and Chivas USA pulled out important SuperLiga wins.
By the way, what a strike on the 3rd Atlante goal and the final goal from Luciano Emilio.
Not a good night for MLS clubs as both DC United and Houston went down on Tuesday.
