Texan Jose Francisco Torres, midfielder for Pachuca, has been called into Bob Bradley’s US training camp for the upcoming WCQ versus Cuba on October 11th at RFK. This is his first call-up for the US (he was also eligible for “El Tri”).

Boy Ends Up at Hooters After Slipping Out of Daycare
DENTON — Investigators are looking into how a young boy managed to slip out of a Denton day care center unnoticed, then cross two busy roads and end up a half-mile away at a Hooters restaurant on Tuesday afternoon.
The five-year-old boy walked out of the Imagination Station child care center in the 2300 block of San Jacinto Boulevard near Golden Triangle Mall. He then crossed busy Dallas Drive to go to a RaceTrac gas station to purchase a soft drink and snacks. After leaving the station, he ended up in the Hooters parking lot about a half-mile away…(more).

WTF? I don’t even know where to start with this one.
So cops pull over a guy, William Johnson of Texas after he was spotted driving erratically. When Police stopped him and approached the car, they found a 6 foot Alligator on top of the headrests in the back window.
Not only was Johnson arrested for suspected burglary (he asked the neighbor for help loading a television in his car), but illegal possession of an Alligator (I wonder how the state of Texas worded that one when they wrote it into law), which he claimed he found on the side of the road in Brazoria, Texas.
Johnson’s bail was set for $25,000 and the unharmed Alligator was released into a Wildlife Refuge.
My question though is how in the hell did this guy get the Alligator into the back seat window, much less the car. Hell, I have a tough enough time when Nesta’s in the back seat, much less a “Damn Gator that BIT my damn hand off” like Chubbs Peterson’s.
Didn’t he ever watch Happy Gilmore or Tommy Boy (Alleged Dead Deer)?
What was he going to do with the Alligator? What was he thinking when he saw the Gator and decided to pull over and try to get it into the car?
